Membership plans determine access hours, amenities, and services.
Sharing of access credentials or membership benefits is strictly prohibited.
2. Use of Space
Our coworking space is to be used for professional, creative, or business-related purposes only.
Illegal, disruptive, or inappropriate activities are strictly not allowed.
Meeting rooms and common areas must be treated respectfully and booked in advance if required.
3. Payments & Fees
All membership fees must be paid in advance as per the selected plan.
Delayed payments may lead to suspension of access until dues are cleared.
All charges are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
4. Conduct & Responsibility
Members are expected to maintain a professional and respectful environment.
Any damage caused to property or equipment by a member will be chargeable.
Office Co Office is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of any personal belongings.
5. Cancellation & Refunds
Memberships can be canceled with prior notice as per the terms of your plan.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed as per our internal refund policy.
No refunds will be provided for unused days or mid-month cancellations.
6. Internet & Technology Usage
Wi-Fi and internet services are provided for work-related purposes only.
Any misuse, including illegal downloads, hacking, or spreading malware, will result in termination of access.
7. Privacy
We value your privacy. Any personal information shared with us will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8. Modifications
Office Co Office reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Any changes will be posted on our website and considered effective immediately.
